  • Precise Geolocation Data: Live GPS location collected when the app is active to enable nearby driver dispatch, route navigation, and emergency tracking.
  • Transaction & Payment Records: Trip timestamps, pickup/drop-off destinations, upfront fare records, and tokenized payment identifiers.
  • Driver Partner Records: Driver's license credentials, vehicle documentation, insurance certificates, and background verification checks.

We collect and process personal data exclusively to provide safe, reliable mobility:

  • Facilitating reliable rider-driver pairing and optimized dispatch algorithms.
  • Powering the dedicated Qwest SOS rapid emergency response network and emergency contact alerts.
  • Calculating guaranteed upfront pricing and processing digital fare transactions.
  • Streaming real-time GPS telemetry and live trip sharing for passenger security.
  • Complying fully with federal and state transportation regulatory mandates in Nigeria.

4. Data Sharing & Platform Security

We never sell your personal data. Information shared between riders and drivers during active trips is strictly limited to essential operational details (such as first name, vehicle plate, and pickup address). Payment details are fully encrypted and tokenized via PCI-DSS compliant financial gateways.
